    Place the kokoretsi in the center of a large piece of parchment paper. Fold the parchment loosely over the food to form a parcel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Wrap the entire parcel in aluminum foil to seal completely, helping retain moisture and enhance flavor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Bake for 1 hour<\/strong>, allowing the kokoretsi to cook through in its own steam.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Carefully remove the tray and gently open the foil and parchment. Be cautious of hot steam.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Return the tray to the oven, uncovered<\/strong>, and bake for an additional 30 minutes<\/strong> to achieve a golden-brown color and rich flavor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
