Beef Noumboulo Slices

Made according to the secret recipe of the Lavranos family, this beef delicacy is marinated with spices and herbs from the Corfiot land. Patience and the island’s microclimate allow the nouboulo to mature perfectly, after which it is smoked with oak wood and aromatic herbs.

Important Note: Each nouboulo weighs approximately 70 grams.
