Rib Eye with Spices, Butter & Herbs

Juicy Rib Eye roast, seasoned with butter, herbs, garlic, and mixed peppers. A festive centerpiece for family dinners or special occasions, offering rich flavor and irresistible aroma.
Cooking instructions (for 2kg – serves 5 to 6):
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Roast rib eye covered with foil for about 1 hour.
Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 30 minutes.
Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
Note: Add approximately +30 minutes cooking time for each extra kilo.
