Homemade Casserole Pie with cheese and Kefalograviera of Epirus Xrisi Zimi

Made with premium extra virgin olive oil and without preservatives, this classic Greek pie delivers a rich, homemade flavor in every bite.

Baking Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

2. Remove the pie from the freezer and take off the lid.

3. Optionally, brush with a little beaten egg for a golden finish.

4. Place the product with its paper tray in the middle oven rack.

5. Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.

6. Adjust baking time and temperature according to your oven.
   Not suitable for microwave baking.
