Homemade Cheese Pie with feta cheese and katiki Domokou Xrisi Zimi

Baking Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

2. Remove the pie from the freezer and take off the lid.

3. Optionally, brush with a little beaten egg for a golden finish.

4. Place the pie with its paper tray in the middle rack of the oven.

5. Bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.

6. Adjust baking time and temperature according to your oven.
   Not suitable for microwave baking.
