Thessaloniki Cream Bougatsa – Chrysi Zymi

Indulge in the authentic taste of Thessaloniki with our Cream Bougatsa by Chrysi Zymi. Crispy, golden phyllo pastry filled with velvety semolina cream and a hint of vanilla aroma. Perfect for breakfast or dessert, this traditional Greek treat delivers a true Thessaloniki flavor experience.

Baking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  2. Remove the Bougatsa from the freezer and take off the lid.

  3. Place the product with its paper tray on the lowest rack of the oven.

  4. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.

  5. Carefully flip the Bougatsa using two forks to let the top absorb the oil for 5 more minutes.

  6. Adjust baking time and temperature as needed.

  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon if desired.
    Not suitable for microwave baking
