Thessaloniki Cream Bougatsa – Chrysi Zymi

Baking Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Remove the Bougatsa from the freezer and take off the lid.
Place the product with its paper tray on the lowest rack of the oven.
Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Carefully flip the Bougatsa using two forks to let the top absorb the oil for 5 more minutes.
Adjust baking time and temperature as needed.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon if desired.
