Sheftalia – Cypriot sausages

A beloved recipe from Cyprus that wins over everyone who tastes it. Sheftalies are made from a flavorful mix of beef, pork, and lamb, seasoned with cinnamon, spices, and aromatic herbs. Once the mixture is prepared, it is carefully wrapped in caul fat (locally known in Cyprus as panna), which gives them their unique texture and taste.
Each sheftalia weighs approximately 80–100 grams.
