Cooking Instructions:
Roast at 160°C, 1 hour per kilo.
Alternatively: Roast covered in a casserole dish or with damp parchment paper & foil. Start at 240°C for 1h 30m, then 180°C for about 2h 30m. Total time: approx. 4 hours.
