Thessaloniki Bougatsa with Hazelnut Praline – Chrysi Zymi

Enjoy the delicious taste of Thessaloniki with our Hazelnut Praline Bougatsa by Chrysi Zymi. Crispy, golden phyllo pastry filled with rich and creamy hazelnut praline, combining tradition and creativity for a treat loved by all ages. Made without preservatives, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Baking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  2. Remove the Bougatsa from the freezer and take off the lid.

  3. Place the product with its paper tray on the lowest rack of the oven.

  4. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.

  5. Carefully flip the Bougatsa using two forks to let the top absorb the oil for 5 more minutes.

  6. Adjust baking time and temperature as needed.

  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon if desired.
    Not suitable for microwave baking.
