Porchetta – Roasted Pork with Aromatics

Porchetta is a traditional Italian roasted pork seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, mustard, oregano, and rosemary. For perfect results, cover with parchment and foil and roast for 1 hour per kilogram at 180-200°C. Remove the foil for 30 minutes to brown the skin, or slow roast overnight at 120°C and then finish 30 minutes at 180°C for a crispy crust. Ideal core temperature: 70°C. Minimum order: 2kg (approx. 3 servings per kg). For larger quantities, please specify in the order comments.
