Pork Crown with Honey, BBQ Sauce & Orange

Cooking instructions:
Cover with parchment paper and foil, roast for 2 hours and 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Remove the foil and continue roasting for about 15 minutes until golden. Let it rest before carving.
Ideal core temperature: 70°C.
